regarding H1 & I-94 validity........

Hi.

My husband is the sponsor for my parents who have thier interview scheduled in May2005.My husband is on H1 visa & both his H1 & I-94 are valid till September,2005.

My query is :

1. will his visa validity have implications on my parents visa when they attend the interview ?
2. will his I-94 validity decide their stay period here at POE i.e can they get a stay period beyond September if they come here in June/July,2005.

1. NO (Otherwise visitors would never have been given 10 Yr visas !!)
2. NO

He is planning on applying for a H1 extension soon - right ? Or does he have a pending 485 (which automatically makes his stay legal)
 
yeah,it is possible for him to file for an extension only in June.but my parents would be attending the interview in may.

so, it won't have any implications right?
