I have my GC interview next month. I have a question regarding 864, my wife is sponsoring me, and we filed it in April 2009. Last three years, my wife's annual income is above 125%(Its just me and her in the family) of poverty base line. But this year(because of job change & bad economy), so far (half of the year) her income is below poverty base line (when I double her income it’s below)
My concerns are……
How serious is this issue during interview, are IO's particular about examining current income (income, so far in this year).
I was on H1B status, can I show deficit income amount with my bank account funds(as its all tax paid money), if so, do I have to fill I-864A now, earlier we filed I-864EZ.
