I am applying for Green Card from MA. My wife is a U.S Citizen. I am currently on H1b.
I am using the following forms:
I - 130
1. G325A (Petitioner)
2. G325A (Sponsor)
I - 485
1. I-864
2. G325A (Petitioner)
3. Medical Examination Report
My Question:
Where do I have to file?
I interpreted from below note (From form I-130) that as I am filing both applications together, I have to file both the applications to my Local USCIS office which is Vermont Service Center. Am I interpreting it right??
"NOTE: If the Form I-130 petition is being filed concurrently with Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, submit both forms at the local USCIS office having jurisdiction over the place where the Form I-485 applicant resides."
