Iam on F1 rite now and i have applied for H1.I havent completed my M.S rite now.Again my school starts in September.If i get my H1 approved next month,am i eligible to work from September or only in October.One more question is that if i dont take course in September,should i leave the country eventhough i have H1 in hand.
IMp:My H1 is in process,is it possible to apply for premium processing now.
