I got an RFE for employment letter on Feb 14th. it says
"Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your prospective employer who filed your I-140 on your behalf stating their continued interest in hiring you, duties to be performed, and remuneration"
My question is, Who has to issue the Employment letter, Is it the HR Dept
or Is it ok of General Counsel signs the Employment letter.
