I am on h1b visa.I am workin for a company since aug\'2000.I got h1 approval through that company.But the employer not giving H1b papers and paychecks to me.Is there any way to take legal action on that company.pl help me on this.
If you are working for him and have a project thru him, he should legally pay you. If not you can sue him. check at isn.org, there is a section where you can post about bad employers
