regarding emergency or early AP @BOSTON

guys,
I know this might have been asked number of times.
But I'm really confused.
Can we goto BOSTON office & get early AP.(some thing like temp. EAD after 90 days).

I need to travel outside country in Feb end. And still waiting for my AP to be get approved.

What are my cents in this case.
As any one done early AP @ boston office.?
I have read and came to know thru one of my friends that Boston office has not stopped giving early AP?

Any help is great.

Here is reply from my lawyer

Bost district office stopped processing emergency ap for business reason, but not for family reason. Though you have to have a strong case in order to get it. Hope this help you.
