Here is my situation:
I received my GC in June 2004. In addition to my trips abroad (once a year for approx. 3 weeks) till now, my main concern is in the year 2007 where I was out of US in the following periods:
Feb-15-2007 to June-14-2007 ---- 120 days -- Did not have an apartment in US. Directed mails to my friend's address in US. Maintained bank accounts, credit card, vehicle, etc. Family related trip.
July-14-2007 to September-29-2007 -- 78 days -- Did not have an apartment in US. Directed mails to my friend's address in US. Maintained bank accounts, credit card, vehicle, etc. Work related travel for my US employer.
October-04-2007 to December-22-2007 -- 80 days -- Had an apartment in US. Maintained bank accounts, credit card, vehicle, etc. -- Work related travel for my US employer.
Paid both state and federal taxes for all years (including 2007).
Total days spent outside US until now - 358 days
Total days spent outside US in 2007 only -- 278 days
None of the trips individually since June 2004 (including trips in 2007) exceeded 180 days.
Would I be eligible to apply? Is there anything that I would need to be concerned about.
