I am planning to apply EAD extension for me and my wife.I have also applied for H1B 7th year extn and h4 for my wife.My I94 was valid till sept 30th.When I apply for EAD I am mentioning the current status as H1B.I also need to send copy of I94.Since the I94 has September 30th validity date do I also need to send my H1B extension receipt notice?.Thanks in Advance for ur replies.
