Hi all,

I prepared the form DS-146 for my parents. And in the second page of that form, I signed as the person who prepared this form on behalf of my parents...the date was on the date i sigend.
I sent it to my parents, now, they have to sign in the line provided for the applicant...but i was unable to remove the date next to the line where they are supposed to sign. So, in effect, both my signing date and their signing date are same.
Would that be a problem? or can they strike off the date and put the current date when they sign? is correction allowed in DS-156 Form?

Please let me know the answer, if anybody out there knew what to do.

Thanks,
Ram :(

Leave as it is

Dates are auto populated by the system when you download the application.
You can leave as it is. Thats what I did..

Visa Issuance Fees

Did your parents take any other fees otheer than 4600 Rs + 281 Rs at HDFC bank? Did US Consulate drop the visa issuance fees of Rs 2300 ($50.00) for B2 visas?

Thanks
