or I should wait till I got EAD card?

or I got license from PA before withdrawing from school on bases of my F1 status

please guys help me

thanks

It's more like 6-9 weeks for an SS card, not 6-9 months.

According to the PA DMV Web site, they give you a 60-day window to get your license. So you can continue to use your NJ license for a couple months. Hopefully you can get the EAD and/or SSN by then.

This is what they say you need as an applicant for adjustment of status:

• Social Security Card, or letter from SSA indicating that SSA did not
make a decision yet, or SSA rejection letter
• 2 proofs of residency,
• Immigration documentation indicating status, (I guess this would be the I-485 receipt)
and One of the following:
- Employment Authorization Document I-688B or I-766
- Passport

so basically I have to wait till I got my EAD right?
then and then I will get my social security on that bases right?

Yes.

But I would suggest getting it on F1 status in case you have delays on the AOS.
In this case it may depend on when your F1 visa expires. Check the DMV website above.
