Iam working presently with a desi company and I have signed a contract of 1.5 years(The contract was signed when I was in India and had sent a scanned copy of contract to the cmpany).After coming to US I didn't sign any contract
->I have already worked for the company for 5 months
->I was on a bench period for the first 10 days . I was not paid for the 1st 10 days.
->I have paid 1/2 of the H1B processing fees.
->company has not sponosred air ticket
->company has given accomadation for intial 10 days.
->company hasn't spent anything on relocation expense,training expense.
My query is
Can the company take legal action in case if I leave the company before the contract period?
