Please someone help. It's Very Urgent !!!
I have filed my I-485 sometime late Dec-2004. My company is going to change the name so they processed new H1B for me which is valid upto Aug-2005. The visa which I have with the old company name is valid upto Mar-2005.
Do I need to file an H1 extension with the old company name for another six months because my I-485 filing was not completed 6 months till Jun-2005.
Please help me.
