I am currently on H1B status , but have not been paid though i got new H1 paper(copy not orginal).,visa in passport expired in august last. what is the best to do either to go for new H1 with new company or for f1. if I think to change my status from H1B to F1, do you think that INS will ask me to provide my pay stubs? And if they do, would they think that I am currently out of status right now (since I don't get padi) even though my H1B status has not been revoked yet and wether i should i apply f1 or h1 what are chances for each of them.
