Hi friends,
I have B-1 visa interview next month at US consulate and will be going to US for 4 months from a reputed software MNC.
3 years back,my F1(student) visa was rejected twice.
The reason for my F1 is PE(214B),which means potentially immigrant.I guess interviewer was not sure at that time, that after my studies i will be back to india.
I want to know:
1.How far will it effect for my next month's stamping for B1.
2. If he asks the reason again, why my F1 was rejected,what should i suppose to tell?
3.If you one of you have FAQ's for B1,please do post
