Regarding B-2 rejection URGENT

Hi,

hi mom is rejected 4 time for B-2 visa . I am here working on H1b visa. i tried to show each document with sufficient fund eventhough she got rejected. Now she is trying again on next week at mumbai consulate. the reason she is applying is because my son is undergoing for surgery here . Can Any one know that i can fax the letter to consulate at MUMBAI for request of her visa. If any body know please reply me .

My MOM VISA got rejected in Chennai Consulate, when can she re-appear again before consulate??

My Mom VISA got Rejected!! When Can she go to the consulate again wothout any appointment? Important please let me know. thanks!

along with other supporting docs, maybe you can send a letter from your son's surgeon stating that your son will have surgery. and you can write a letter saying that it would be helpful to have your mom during the surgery..

Visa Rejected

Hi,

She already appered at Mumbai consulate with proper appointment. She had presented letter of surgery from doctor. At consulate every document have seen properly eventhough she was rejected and told that your financial situation is not good right now.
