Regarding AP

Can we file AP online like EAD card.?
Any ideas folks
Also i went on BCIS.gov website.
It says in RED color that there is no gurantee that you would allow to enter even with advanced Parole.
So how far is the success rate for entering again.
I'm no longer on H1 now.

Any answer is appreciated.

And yet, status overstays, unauthorized employment, all the factors contributing to inadmissibility will prevent from obtaining admission despite availability of a valid Advance Parole document. INS site does warn exactly those inadmissible ones who are in the process of adjusting their status based on 245(i).

And yes, there were poor souls who were adjusting their status through application of 245(i) and were barred admission.
