regarding 10th august applications

Hello Friends
In my h1b case I recieved my Receipt number(WACxxx) for I-129 in that receipt my receipt date is 9th August and Notice date is 11th august. As I heard that applications received on 10th august will be selected on random basis.. Is my application is there with randon.. I am worried regarding this..

Please help me if any oneof you have any info..
