We are involved in custom software development & consulting business. Ours is an Incorporation and S-Corp, located in California, USA.
We are planning to open a branch office in India.

What are all the steps we should do in India (paper works).
Should we have to file any forms with US govt. as this is going to be a MNC (multi national company)?

Can we do all the required paper works for Indian govt. right from US?

Please throw any information that you might have. Also please provide any related websites.
