Hi,

Who else receives FP notice besides Applicant.
Does Attoreny get the copy of FP notice.
If applicant doesn\'t receive FP notice, can we take Attorney\'s
copy for FP. Please let me know.

Attorney gets a courtesy copy

but however not always...........I\'ve seen people doing FP using attorney\'s courtesy copy

Thanks milli. Is that always true Attorney gets courtesy copy.
As AVM doesn\'t update after FP notice issued, atleast if Attorney gets copy, we would know FP is issued.

it depends on what is the contact address in your I-485 application

If you have your attorney\'s address as contact address then your attorney alone gets FP notice.
