My employer already filed under PERM with EB-3 catagory and i already got labor & I-140 approved.
Due to unavailibility and long wait time under EB-3 catagory for I-485 filing, i am exploring possibility to re-file my case under EB-2.
Is this advisable ?
If so, after filing can i keep priority date of my existing approved I -140 (Under EB-3) once my labor gets approved under EB-2 ??
what is advisable & best options.
