Hi experts,
I have filed my I-140 just couple of weeks back. I am on H1B visa.
I have the following question:
At what stage of GC processing should I apply for EAD?
And will my EAD be used to apply for my wife's EAD as well, so that she could start working?
I have read some thread regarding this ( that only during 485 stage I could apply for EAD) but still have some doubts.
What are your inputs?
