last year in october i was refused entry into usa at port of entry becoz they thought i will not return and will work. the main reason was becoz of all sep 11 attack they had become very strict. i had B1/B2 visa that was valid for 10 years.
Now I am going to get married to a H1B visa holder, will i be refused H4 visa at the consulte in delhi .. pls help and advice.
