Hi all!
I am a Canadian citizen, and was refused entry into the US because the immigration officer thought I was going down to look for work.
My questions are as follow:
1. If I applied for a B2 visitor visa, how long would it take to be accepted? 2. Would I still have problems crossing over if I had this visa?
3. Should I have a lawyer do my paperwork on the visa? One of the requirements for this visa is the binding ties which will insure your return to your country. I have sold my house, and quit my job, so the only ties I have here are bank accounts, investments, family, and part ownership in a condo.
4. Should I just try and get a TN work visa instead of a visitor visa?
Any help you can provide me would be greatly appreciated.
