Hi there, I am a US Citizen(VA) and my girlfriend is Canadian(ON). We had been visiting back and forth to eachother for months, until 3 months ago when she was stopped at the border and asked to present proof she would return to Canada. Unfortunately even though she provided almost everything on the list she was unable to provide a utility bill or a copy of a lease as she is subletting. I was wondering if this refusal of entry will effect the K-1 process. Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance.
