REFUND takes for ever?

When applied for RP on line,they charged my credit card twice.charged $340 instead of $170. Called them they told me I will be refunded but I didn't see any refund for the last 2weeks.
When I call back they told me the refund will take 30-90 days.
I don't get it? Any body had the same issues?

Im sorry you had that problem... but I learned my lesson too... DO NOT FILE ONLINE.... their system is not very effective yet...
If you have to file something in the future... DO IT PAPER... it is safe and you save yourself of headaches....

They will refund your money... it will take a whileeeeeeee... but they will do it... if you dont want to wait... call your bank and refuse the charge... and see if they can take it out... otherwise... you will have to wait...
