REFUND of Labor fee from Employer!

Hi! all

My employer has filed for Labor on my behalf and we are sharing the cost of the green card.
Now If am asked to leave the company then do I have a legal right towards the money I have paid??

Can they use they same labor clearance for some else in the company???

Yes they can use that approved Labor for another individual....
