Refugee Marriage/Deportation Date

Hi, I've a question about Refugee Status--can one with Refugee Status sponsor a future spouse's immigration? Or, in the alternative, should the Refugee first apply for citizenship? Thoughts? Also, can one change the location of a deportation hearing once the date has been scheduled? I've moved from CA to OH and want to have my deportation hearing in my home state.

Please be more specific. Are you currently applying for asylum before an judge? Are you trying to see if your spouse (or future spouse) is eligible to join you should you win your case? Or are you marrying someone who is already on refugee/asylum status?
