Guys, I am posting this for a friend,
He has deportation issued to him and has no option but to leave the country.
He has 3 USC kids. his wife also is out of status. the question is, can he drive up to the Canadian border and apply for refugee there with his family?
if someone know somebody how had similar case, or maybe know a lawye please let us know, it will help a whole family from being devastated.
