Refiling I 140 with concurrent I 485

I140 EB3 applied June 2006 with concurrent I 485
I 140 denied Oct 06 PP.
I 140 refiled Feb RD 02/06/07
My question to you is when the I 485 is nonexistent because of I 140 denial, DOES THE ADVANCED PAROLE(Travel Doc) and EAD (Work Permit)also become invalid?

Any approvals of FEB 2007. NSC
Proceesing date shows Nov 15th 2006. When will they know our plight?
 
AP and EAD are tied to I-485 and not I-140. However, an I-140 denial will lead to I-485 denial. What happened to the pending I-485?

There is no pending 485. It was filed just once with the first I 140 which was denied. Now waiting to get the refiled I 140 approved to file the 485 again. Once bitten twice shy!!!
 
You can still file I-485 as your PD seems to be current. It will help you in AC21 as 180 days clock starts after you file i485.

Thank you for ur reply. Any advice is always helpful. filing 485 is taking a chance again. Just leaving it to the GOOD LORD. Wish I had deep pockets.
