Hey, all:
Well, I filed my LC in January of this year in NJ, which is going to be a long wait. Now our group is going to be discontinued in Feb of 2006, I have two choices:
1. Stay with the same company and join a different group, but half of what I do will be different from my LC job description. In this case, do I have to re-file under PERM? If so, I don't have any work exp. other than from my current employer. Will that be difficult to get approved under PERM?
2. I can go with my current boss -- he is starting a new firm. In this case, I will need to refile LC for sure. Will it be easier to get PERM approved in this case than the 1st choice since I would have work exp. from a non-sponsor firm? But will it be difficult for a start-up company to sponsor GC for me?? Is there any restrictions?
TIA!!
