An update about the following message: my case was approved on 9/11/2006.

Hi,
I got this message on my USCIS I-485 case tracking portfolio last updated on 07/25/2006, saying that something to me was undeliverable. As I called the USCIS center for any address update, the representative told me that the case was irresponsive for over 6 months, and has to be refiled. Actually before 07/25/2006, the online status was not accessible, and all of a sudden the "undeliverable" message came up...
Could you please give me an idea how this is to be handled? Has anyone else experienced the same problem before?
