Refile I130

My family base case was recently denied because of Fraud allegations and I am confused because lawyers are really confusing me what to do next.

One lawyer told me that I should refile I130 and wait.
Second told me that petioner should appeal and and then I can file for whatever.
Another told me that file for VAWA and dont worry about the appeal.

It seems like each lawyer has different opinion about my case.

Any body with the same experience please let me know what is the best appreaoch.

you got denial after you failed the interview? after how many months you got the respond from them?
 
My wife used medicaid services and gave them her parents address and thats where they think that marriage is not bonafide.
