I need to do a referral at the CSC. I can have he paralegal at the lawyer's office send a fax referral or I can call the toll free number and request a referral.
Is one method more effective then the other. Any thoughts on which one I should do. Also, can i do both?
This regarding the EAD. The RFE response was sent on 12/30/03 (notice date). It has been more than 60 days.
