Reference letter without job description

Hi
I am about to apply for skilled worker PR in which CIC asks for the employment contract and the letter containing the info such as period, title, job description and salary. What I have now is the employment contract (without job description) and the generic reference letter issued by HR, which states only the period, title, salary but NOT the job description. It'll be tough or impossible on me to get it since either my previous manager left the company or the company I worked with has closed.

Will this be a concern for NOT having job description on the paper? Anyone has success story without having the job description stated?

BTW I am in Thailand and have to send the application to Singapore. I know that according to the simplified process, I do not need to submit the supporting document now. But I just wanted to know what the issue I will face.
