i filed for asylum and was referred to the immigration court stating the reason

i must admit that my persecution was an outcome of my employees' political affiliation. what are my chances in court? and how can i make it stick? i plan to hire an attorney but he is very expensive and i will have to dig deep. my main concern is my family is not with me so time is of the essence and i can't wait forever and be stuck here.
