Dear Friends,

I need your suggestions. I got my 2nd REF on end Sept 2002, asking me to sent my birth certificate. 1st REF is on Feb 2002, INS ask me to re-take my photo. I'd like to know when INS can approve my Case? Case# WAC-01-210-5XXXX.

My husband get his I-485 approvel on May,2002.

Please let me know what I should do according to your experience. Thank you very much.

Politician enquiry is of limited use

More effective means is to send increasingly higher level fax enquiries and if all fail, go through the liasion provided by AILA. Contact your attorney for this.
