REF urgent, Please help!!!!!

Dear Friends,

I need your suggestions. I got I-485 REF of confirming employment one month after my job change. I'd like to know as below,

1. I applied as EB1(A) self-petition. It is not employment-based case, so I haven't notify INS yet. Should I promptly notify INS about the job change?

2. My new job is in the location of different sevice center. Should I transfer the case? REF asks for the proof that I'll continue to work in the same area. As I already waited for long time and now it's close to approval, it'll take long time to wait if the case is transfered to another service center.

Please let me know what I should do according to your experience. Thank you very much.

Today I got FRE notice for the following documents.

1. employment letter
2. last four most recent check stubs
3. last 3 years w-2 and last 3 years income tax forms
4. evidence of your continued work as an outstanding researcher (i.e. recent patents, buplications, lectures, reviews, confirmation letters, etc.)

note: my case is EB1 (B)

for the #4, is it same description in your notice? do you think a confirmation letter is neccesay in addition to the patents, publications ...?

your suggestion is appreciated.

Dear friend,

Thanks for responding. MY REF letter asked evidence that "how you will continue to be engaged in hte occupation of which I-140 is based and confirm that I intend to carry out the term and condition of the underlying I-140 petition". Do you think that they asks for an employment letter?
