REF - Status - Question

Gurus,

My wife and my child's status has changed to 'RFE Sent'. My status is unchanged.

Does it mean they have checked my file and everything is ok ?

If that is the case, then why did not they approve mine. Do they only approve all together or can they approve separately ?

They can approve separately and/or issue RFE on case by vase basis.
