Hi... those who have used AC21, can you guide on my letter to be submitted as RFE? MY RFE requested for Employment letter & If not working on current petitioner, it says explain why.

can you help me of an acceptable reason to be stated why I use AC21 (Change of employer)?

MY Case: WAC-02-43-5*****

Few reasons that are standard apart from the actual reason are
1. Reduction in workforce towards cost savings to sustain the company
2. End of assigned projects.

However, you know it the best. If one of the above concurs with your case, your company will also give a specific letter to INS.
