Hi Guys,
My Details are as follows:

PD ----> Dec 1999
RD -----> Aug 2001
ND ----> Oct 2001
FP ----> Mar 2003
RFE ---> March 5th 2004

My Attorney received the RFE.
The details INS mentioned in the RFE are :

1) Employment Letter with Paystubs and W2's

2) Company Financial Stands (Proof to show how many employees are on payroll and Federal Tax returns)

3) Date of Birth

4) Marriage Certificate

Now i have a question for all of you guys. Please let me know what to do:
My problem is with First part of the RFE which is Employment letter with Recent Paystubs and W2's.

I have Filed for 485 through 'X' company, changed the job and joined company 'Y' using AC21 (never informed INS). Now that company 'Y' laid me off effective January 2004 and immediately i joined company 'Z'. I do have a employment letter from 'Z' as well as paystubs. But when i respond to RFE, i only have W2's (for past 2years) from 'Y'. Is it fine if i send those W2's along with recent company's Offer letter and Paystub.

Guys please let me know.

that should be fine

You should be good. Ask your lawyer if you need to send AC_21 info. also.
What is your officer #. Can you please post in the RFE thread.

For my RFE I was asked to submit w2 and tax returns for the employment. But I changed job in Jan2004. In this case I don't have w2's from my current employer as it was Jan 2004. So just submitted Pay stubs and employment letter.

You should be fine if you just send Paystubs from employer 'Z'.
Just to be on safer side you can send W2 but, I guess its not required.

That was my case. Confirm with your attorney.
