REF on I-140 and I-485

I got an RFE on Dec 7 on both 1-140 and -1485.

Any idea what could be the RFE about? Is is common to get RFE on I-140 & I48 a the same time.

Do not Panic..You will have plenty of time to respond..be cool..

By the way,when you filed on 02/17/2004
how is your PD can be in YEAR 2001..please explain..am confused ..

just wait your GC is around the corner..
 
RFE details ND 02/17/2004

Received the RFEs yesterday for both I-140 & I-485, USCIS asked for an Employment letter and W2 for last 3 years.

I-140 & I-1485 - 02/17/2004
1 – AP
1 – EAD
on 7th year H1B
 
Does anyone have experience know the officer #251...
Evelyn has raised a query in 140 -- ability to pay & educational evaluation..
