I got an approved NIW since Feb 08, however my lawyer filed concurrently i-485 with my E-B1 last year. On October 19, 08 we got an RFE on E-B1, we responded and asked for a transfer of i-485 to the already approved NIW case. The case update shows that uscis received our response to the REF on October 23. Does anyone knows how many days it will take? any suggestion/experience on similar transfer? will they ask for more documents?
Let's say if they transfer the i-485 to the approved NIW, how long will it take for them to process it? we did the biometrics back in June 08.
