REF on AP

I submitted I-140 approval to NSC against REF for AP. How much time usually they take to approve as my case is already three months old .

They say that when an RFE is generated, it pushes the case back 1 month. Forexample, a person can call NSCS if their 485 is pending for more than 18 months, but if there is an RFE on their 485, then they have to call after 19 months.

Quick question, your Receipt notice for your AP says it takes around 300+ days or something else?
