REF on AP

Last Dec I added my wife to my 485 application, along with her AP/EAD applications. Today I saw from online status that her AP got REF. I don't know the detail yet. Anyone has similar experience?
 
My guess is: they need I-140 approval notice and/or marriage certificate. Don't worry! they are just wasting your time and taxpayer's money!
