REF for re entry permit

Hi I checked online the status for my re entry application last Wed. and the message is we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT.
I did the finger print on 11/27/2012. Is anyone knowing what's wrong for my application?

As message states 'additional evidences' are required and you need to send them.To know what they are you need to check the mail which was sent.Did you change address recently and miss the mail?
