I have recieved an REF for pending H1B application with Vermont Center filed under Premium processing that I need to have professional license or work under a licensed Architect to perform my duties. I am an Architect but work under a Professional Engineer in TN category. What is a possible answer to it? Can they enforce the emplyer to hire an Architect to satisfy this condition? and why will an employer go with that. Can someone explain, please.
