REF Delivery Question

FEDEX does deliver. There is a separate address for private carriers and USPS mail though.

Here is what the website says:

Mailing Your Application/Petition to Us:
Each form sent to the Nebraska Service Center has a different P.O. box number and zip-code identifier.

All application packages should be sent to:
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Nebraska Service Center
P.O. Box (Insert Correct Box Number)
Lincoln, NE (Insert Correct Zip Code)

NOTE : If using overnight delivery by any private service provider, send your package to:
USCIS
Nebraska Service Center
850 S Street
P.O. Box XXXX
Lincoln, NE 68508

I guess the RFE goes to the same PO box address as the application. See the link for table showing which PO box to use for diff. applications(May have to scroll up or down to get to the table part):

I think RFE goes to 2521

RFE should go to general correspondence, which has a mail box numer of 2521. Is it right? You notice that the mail box number is 4 digits for the overnight delivery. Anybody had the experience, please share.
