Today, I received a copy of REF letter from my attorney office (it wasn\'t sent my address)said....

Prospective Employment Letter: Submit a current letter from the prospective employer who filed the I-140 in your behalf to verify that they are still offering you a position. The letter on file is not current.

My original Prospective Employment Letter was filed with my I-485 which has a date of 09/10/00. They (INS) still conceder it is not a current?

Anyway, I felt a little relief that what they are asking this time.
Because I could not imagine what they need before.

Hi pinkpiggy,

This got to show that CSC will issue RFE for whatever reasons they
please. In some cases, they even ask for the exact same papers
that were enclosed in the application package, making us wonder
whether the IIO who examines the case actually open the package
or not.

Anyway, emloyment letter is easy to prepare, and your case should
be approved shortly. I look forward to hearing good news from
your soon.

I was very nervous since I heard that AVM message that said "Additional Evidence or materials needed....." .

But I have this discussion board that I can share my feeling and get some experienced advices.
