CSC was requesting employment letters (in company's letter head indicating title, experience, employment date,etc) from my current and previous employers. It would be very difficult to get that from my prior one, which has been out of bussiness for almost two year by now and I was there for only about 10 months. How can I meet that requirement? My current employer sponsored my green card petition. Do you think if I get court bankcruptcy record to support that, would be okay.

Your help will be highly appreciated!!

Hi UN, thank you so much for the quick reply.

I got more than five years experiences before my priority date, which is 12/02. I hope BCIS won't bother if I cannot support 10 months of that. I cannot locate anyone who used to work there as it was such small company. I don't know if my w-2 or H-1 petition package from that old company would help.

Fortunately, I got a letter from an ex-coworker , whom I just located last night. Together with the court record, I think, would be enough to meet the requirement.
